The RIBA is looking for an experienced publisher to be an independent Chair for the RIBA Journal’s editorial panel.
The award-winning RIBA Journal, edited by Hugh Pearman and published by RIBA Enterprises in both print and digital formats, is sent to the RIBA’s 27,652 members and a growing list of subscribers and gives a considered and expert insight into the world of contemporary architecture.
We are looking for a chair with magazine publishing rather than architecture expertise who will chair the panel of RIBA staff and practising architects to guide the strategic direction and editorial policy of the Journal, advise on themes, presentation and content and ensure the editorial independence of the Journal.
The panel meets six times a year. The role is unremunerated but we do pay reasonable expenses.
