The HIAC recessed floor hatch accommodates various flooring materials and allows for infills of up to 100mm, ensuring a flush finish.

With a load capacity of up to 158 KN and optional gas spring-assisted or electric operation, Surespan hatches deliver strength and ease of use.

They are suitable for public spaces, high-traffic industrial facilities and everything in between. 

Surespan products meet all relevant British Standards, including BS EN 1634-1: 2008 for fire resistance, providing up to four hours of certified protection.
