RIBAJ Spec: Offices and Workspace Design webinar

9 July 2025 from 9am to 11.15am

Join us for our Spec Offices and Workspace Design webinar, on 9th July, when we will be examining award winning and BREEAM Excellent design for office and workspace developments.

Case studies from architectural experts will examine the latest office and workspace schemes from across the UK.

We will cover the latest products and materials and explore how collaboration between architects, consultants and manufacturers are helping create better designed, inclusive, inspiring and sustainable offices and workspaces.

Featured speakers include:

  • Sam Scott, Associate Director, AHMM who will deliver a case study presentation on Town Hall, Tower Hamlets, RIBA London Building of the Year - a project that encompasses a Grade II restoration and new build extension enabling a more accessible location for the London Borough of Tower Hamlets council offices.
  • Shauna Bradley, Partner, Howells who will deliver a case study presentation on One Centenary Way, Birmingham, RIBA West Midlands Award – a project that hosts Birmingham’s first large-scale cycle hub, and for which maximising sustainability and reducing embodied carbon were central to the design process.
  • Ben Taylor, Director, LOM Architecture and Design who will deliver a case study presentation on Unity Place, Milton Keynes, a project that redevelops a former car park, which is set to achieve BREEAM Excellent and for which the substructure exceeds LETI 2030 targets for embodied carbon.
